Started with a leak repair, and added replacement of the 24 year-old water heater since it was overdue and was going to be in the way of the repairs anyway. Except for a few communication lapses, it was a very comfortable experience working with them. The price was even better than excellent in my opinion. (I did research the cost of a DIY installation.) Their work was thorough and complete, although not as aesthetically pure as it could have been (hence, the 4.5), and they were very helpful with counsel concerning other related work that I didn't know needed also to be done. I have high confidence in their work.

The install and preparation were done in an exceptional,way. Chuck, the owner is extremely professional. He arrived exactly on time and was done in three hours. The installation was performed in a very neat and careful manner. I would not hesitate to recommend him and, as a matter of fact, I will be recommending him as a preferred vendor to our condominium association.
