Tim Jones was incredibly honest and helpful. He listened to our requests and did exactly what we wanted which made the move stress free. He went above and beyond to be punctual and complete the move in a timely manor. I know all our belongings were safe and he packed everything with his helper Gilbert exactly according to our specifications. Tim moved us from a high rise apartment in Denver and delt with all concierges and personal at the building expertly. We did not have to be on site for packing boxes and his loading of the truck. He was orderly packing our things and labeled all boxes. He purchased all the packing supplies new and gave us receipts of his costs. It was a personal experience without any unknowns and middleman. We were able to deal directly with him so all communication was clear. It was a long distant move and he delivered our belongings himself to our new house with his helper, and unloaded everything exactly as we wanted. Before we found him we were trying to deal with other well known, supposedly good movers who would barely accommodate our requests. We could not control any part of the move and had to agree with their specifications. We also could not personally talk to packers or loaders if we had gone this route. But with Tim we were informed regularly with all that was happening and could access him personally at any time during our moving process as he was easy to access. He was up front with his pricing and we knew what was going on at all times. We highly recommend Tim Jones Pro-Pack Moving if you want a personal, safe and timely move of your household. He was great!

Hired them for a unique project. Moving furniture to garage to prepare for floor refinish. Bit also to lift and place a new entry door (metal) which was very heavy. Team did a great job and were very consciences and careful throughout.
