Overall excellent. Simple process. Took a lot of stress off of us.

The guys that came by were friendly and started quickly. Everything was cool. They were done and did a really good job till I found out that my lamp was broken and that I am missing 2 silver brackets to hold up a shelf in my entertainment center. I called to inquire about it and they don't remember seeing any pieces that fell out. Now, I have to go and replace the 2 silver brackets and another lamp. I wanted to leave a really good review but I feel that I was left hanging and was not offered a solution to resolve this issue.

We could not have been more pleased with the company. We had some unique needs with our move. The team went above and beyond to make the move work. Communication was great throughout the process. Additionally, we had some very valuable furniture and family heirlooms. The team took outstanding care in packing and moving everything.

I would' not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I told h[m we had a lot of stuff and an office as well as a bed in one bedroom. I hired them to pack as well as to move us. They showed up late at about 8;30 am with 2 men and one small truck. They had told me that would be adequate. It was not. They worked until 11;30pm when I stupidly took pity on them and said they could come back another day to finish the job. That was Wednesday. We had to be out on Sunday. After giving us the run around about returning, they finally agreed to come on Saturday to finish the job. They said they would come at 5 o,clock pm.. They showed up at 8;30pm, worked until 12;30, then announced they were .quitting. This cost me $1900, plus what I paid the next guy to finish the job. Avoid them like the plague!

We used Pro-Pack Moving and would highly recommend. We moved from a one bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom condo. Which included a bed, bed frame, dresser, large desk, TV, big tv stand and a bunch of boxes. Upon arrival, which was on time from what they communicated over the phone, they asked about pets. We have 2 fur babies and it felt like they cared for their well being. Both gentlemen were fantastic and confirmed what items they were to move and took care of all of stuff. They also were efficient. The minimum time that is charged is for 3 hours. They completed our move within that time frame (about a 30 minute drive in between homes). I will be using Pro-Pack Moving again in the future.
