Timothy and his team at Pro-Pack Moving were outstanding. From the first contact, Timothy was polite, professional, and immediately suggested a smarter, more efficient (and cheaper) plan for my move from San Diego to San Juan Capistrano. He confirmed everything clearly by email and text, and even helped me avoid extra credit card fees on the deposit. On moving day, he and Pat arrived on time, worked carefully and smoothly together, and handled everything from disassembling/reassembling furniture to rearranging items in the new home. They even transported a mattress to my dad’s place later that evening—after 10+ hours of work! The bill was fair, with only a small extra charge for shrink wrap, and no surprises. I was so impressed that I gladly tipped generously. I’ll definitely call them again and highly recommend Pro-Pack Moving to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers.

Had a great experience with Tim and Mike. Spoke with Tim on the phone 2 weeks in advance to scheduled a date and time. Tim called the day prior to confirm and asked if he could come an hour early which was music to my ears. From the pack up of my house to delivery at my storage unit, they were friendly and professional. Will DEFINITELY HIRE them again when it’s time to move out of my storage unit.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. This was the most expensive and worst service I?ve ever experienced. My wife called before the move to ask Tim (the owner) the truck size?he was rude and evasive, saying only ?it?s a three-bedroom truck.? We were worried it wouldn?t be big enough?and it wasn?t. They arrived late and moved extremely slowly. Tim was condescending to his worker, who eventually quit mid-job, yelling and arguing in front of our apartment. The apartment management threatened to call the police. Tim admitted his last worker also quit and was dropped off on the side of the highway. He wasn?t apologetic and said I?d have to unload the truck with him in exchange for $120 off and a future discount. At closeout, he denied the discount and became aggressive, yelling in front of my wife and 5-month-old. Completely unprofessional, stressful, and unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.
