I submitted my request to the app Angi on Sunday 4/12/26 and within literally minutes, the owner Melvin Wong responded by text. He arrived Sunday at the scheduled time and offered me 3 options to choose from. He was courteous, friendly, professional and experienced! I had a few other estimates scheduled on Monday but my focus was for a timely replacement at a fair price. I ultimately chose ProLift and was not disappointed! They were able to come on Tuesday morning as requested. The tech Jose did a fantastic job!!! I definitely recommend ProLift Garage Doors of Elmhurst!!! 5 Stars, 5/5!!! George C.

ProLift has become a hero in our neighborhood. They came for an inspection to check my garage door, which made a terrible noise going up and down, and I expected I'd need expensive repairs, but no, they tightened everything going up and down a ladder several times, and it now runs so smoothly. All my neighbors came out and had their doors inspected with the same excellent service. I would highly recommend them. My experience with ProLift Door’s was outstanding from start to finish. Great communication and excellent workmanship and customer service. Cindy who is the main contact was delightful to work with and bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with their products and service! A++. Also wanted to mention Mel the owner was a super guy, he was training a young gentlemen the day he was here and they did a GREAT job.

I called at 130pm and Melvin arrived within 30 mins & repaired my door. Excellent service and such a nice guy. I kept his card in case my garage door malfunctions. again. Highly recommend this company.

The technician fixed everything. He stayed until everything was perfect. He explained everything he was going to do and answered all my question. Highly recommended!!
