Robert Gomez the technician was excellent. he took his time and walked me through what he was doing and when he identified the problem he took care of it. The customer service was great in keeping me informed on the appointment schedule and Robert himself reached out to me when he finished a prior job early.

Called to make an appointment and was cancelled, late in day . Rescheduled for next day . Well worth the wait. Tom ( Serviceman) was on time and very polite and to the point of making repairs right away. Knew his stuff .. 18â garage door off track . I left him alone and 30 minutes later he said â You are all doneâ Price was good .. Dis not have to worry about door open all night again. Will spread the word !

Martin was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable from the time he came to provide an estimate which was reasonable to completion of the garage door replacement. He talked a little about himself so that we could feel comfortable with him and answered all of our questions! We had a few other estimates but we were not satisfied with the cost/service they would provide. ProLift exceeded our expectations! Martin, Thank you for great service!
