Mel and his crew are phenomenal...some of the nicest people you will ever meet. What was supposed to be a 2 hour job turned into a 4 hour job...and it was completed with meticulous attention to detail and professionalism. I was informed of all the changes and issues that popped up, and while the job was longer than expected, the original estimate was honored. Again, I cannot recommend Mel and his crew enough. Excellence in every aspect.

Apologies that we took two visits to make your self-purchased cheap door work. Remember the GOLDEN RULE: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR... Sometimes, it is worth paying more than $500 for a garage door. We had 2 techs come to fit a door that you bought, but you did not measure properly to fit into your old garage. Sometimes you really should leave some home remodeling to the professionals. We did our best. We take pride in doing a great job, but we can only do what makes sense. Thank you for giving us a chance, but we honestly did our best.

The installer Martin Robles was courteous and Professional did the job well and in less time that I expected. Martin explain and showed me how to operate the equipment. I am very satisfied with the service prolift provide less than 2days from free estimate to installation. Thats Professional Sevice at its best.
