We were so happy with everything about this company! Our garage door had broken and would not go up and down anymore, so we called them; Mynor came out and diagnosed the problem immediately. The spring on the garage door had broken, but had broken the garage door as well. He told us what we needed to do and helped us save money by using the hardware from the old door. He was very professional (although originally told us he would not be able to service the door because we were Bears fans and he was a Packers fan 🤣)! He ordered the garage door and was in communication with us every few days. We had a huge snow and ice storm coming and the garage door came in on a Wednesday and he came out and installed it on Thursday. The job required some work that he did in the garage and once the job was finished, our garage was left spotless! We would highly recommend this company!!

Aaron and his team were professional, meticulous and did a fantastic job with installation. He let me know up front changes needed to electrical and framing to make the high lift system work. Makes the garage so much roomier without the door hanging low.

My 12 year old garage door and automatic opener needed a check-up, not only because of age, but strange noises. I called for an appointment and in about an hour a very nice young man was here and eager to help! A short while later everything was as good as new. I will call them again in about 6 months for another check-up and repair/replacement if needed. Fast response, Very polite, knowledgeable technician, great check-up/repair and competitive prices - that's hard to beat!!

Arron is the owner. He came by first thing, explained the issues and different options and prices to fix it. He went above and beyond, we even added a key pad and a new seal. Would recommend 10/10 extremely professional. Warning to the wise: some companies out there are praying on the lack of knowledge most of have. Get your estimates and understand the difference. Also got a warranty and no charge for the diagnostic and estimate.

My garage door was damaged when the vehicle inside rolled backwards and off its tracks, bent the entire door and the garage could no longer be closed properly, this was a friday night. I came to angi since I heard good things and looked for a pro to fix my door. i took a chance by sending requests for work on a weekend. I was stunned when the first company within hours was prolift. I called them and in speaking to aaron, he made me feel calm and assured me he would take care of the door and no worries. He arrived at my home right as promised, he kept in touch through texts and surveyed the damage. He offered me several options to repair the door or replace it, I chose one and he went to work. He did a phenomenal job. The door was repaired as if nothing had happened, even better. He changed the seals on the bottom so nothing will get into this door. water, mice, leaves etc. Aaron was patient, professional, very respectful of my property. He LISTENED which is key to a customers issues.
