Our barn window broke and we needed to replace it. I set appointments with a few other companies as well to get the â  best dealâ  . By the time the reps arrived, we had added 12 more windows to the list to be replaced. The reps were professional, knowledgeable, and really pleasant. They took precise measurements, identified issues with our current wood windows, and were very detail oriented. After their presentation we knew we didnâ  t need to see any other companies and even added two more windows to the order (100% pressure free from the repsâ ¦ it was all my own doing). Their company, people, and product are superior. The lifetime warranty is a game changer. Canâ  t wait to see them installed!!

The installers came on time and were totally professional, experienced and worked continuously until the job was done. The triple pane windows are fabulous because compared to our old two pane faulty windows, not only are they solid and beautiful with no wind blowing through, but also the nearby road noise is greatly reduced. We needed to use plastic film to insulate the old windows and when the wind blew the plastic would billow like sails! The new windows make our condo seem like a true home.

Walter came out to our house several times to make sure we understood thoroughly the service and the product. He gave us a great price and my favorite part about it is the warranty, which is lifetime. No matter what happens, whether related or accidental glass breakage, they will fix it for free for the lifetime that you are in the house. Thank you Walter!
