We did have a little confusion over defining "start". My perception was they would digging holes and start installing. Probuilt defined start by getting the utility company to mark their lines. I knew about the four day it takes to get this done.

Hired Pro-Built to do a wooden privacy fence as well as take some old fencing down and clear the path for the fence through some thick overgrowth the previous owners let get out of hand. It has been some time since notifying of a post that was leaning in the gate area. Never heard back from them and was never fixed.

ProBuilt did an amazing job with our wooden fence. They came out within hours of me posting for a quote to give me an estimate. It took us a little longer than expected to get the HOA approval; but once we were ready to go, we were scheduled quickly. Bob's team was very professional and quick. They had our fence up within two days and looks beautiful! :) They even went the extra effort to come up with a great door handle/locking system. I would definitely hire them again for a lawn/fence project!

Pro-Built has completed every promised task timely and as expected and with thorough communication. Bob was able to give knowledgeable advice and was willing to spend the time necessary for us to feel comfortable about the services to be performed. Very professional company, they responded very quickly to my initial phone call. I made an appointment with Bob, the owner, to come out and survey what I wanted done, he gave me the cost. A couple of weeks later he and his crew did the job. I am very pleased with the way my lawn looks now. I will definitely use Pro-Built again!
