they were very friendly and cleaned up after they finished. they did some extra stuff which helped my back yard look better. i am very pleased with their work. they built the fence and did not use 8 ft prefabed fence. very impressive.

Pro-Built Contractors did a fantastic job on replacing our worn out fence. Bob Procopio was prompt in responding to our request for an estimate, listened to our concerns and ideas, gave us up-to-date information on the laws regarding pool enclosures, and came very close to beating an estimate from a much larger company. We initially wanted to talk to them because they are located in our community. But in addition to all of the above, they were able to promise to meet our short deadline, and they delivered on their promise. Their workers were courteous and hardworking. They went out of their way to protect our landscaping while tearing out the old fence and putting in the new one. Our new fence fits in with our landscape so well, that our neighbor continued the fence line into his own yard in the same style. We highly recommend the people at Pro-Built Contractors.

My experience was not satisfactory, the individual I dealt with was Bob, he came out right away gave me an estimate and took a deposit. He was quick to do that but slow to do the work, I had to call several times to find out when he was going to do the work, and then he kept making up excuses of why he couldn't do the work. Once he finally did the work he did not do all what my husband and I asked and made up excuses pertaining to that, I had soil erosion in both the front and back of my yard he only did the back but gave us an estimate based on both the front and back. Then after he only did half the job he was quick to call me and ask for payment. And when I informed him that he didn't do the front yard he stated that he didn't know he was to do the front which is not true, because he then stated I instructed your husband to change the path of the way the water drains from your gutters and I saw that he hasn't done that so the problem will only continue. So because my husband didn't do what he instructed he wouldn't do what we paid he to do. I had to pay someone else to do the front. I was not pleased at all the by the service I received from ProBuilt Contractors.
