My water heater failed and was leaking water. Mark came out and replaced and installed a new water heater quickly and efficiently. I will use him for any future issues.

Mark was able to replace my water heater quickly and efficiently and went the extra mile to make sure I understood the function of the heater and the water leak gauge -- my old one was improperly installed and submerged by water (super helpful. not.) On a follow-up call he even turned me on to a trusted electrician, cuz I need a bathroom ceiling fan installed. Two thumbs up!!

Woke up to my wife saying , "Oh no the water heater is leaking water all over the laundry room!" Quickly turned off the water, drained the tank and called Mark from Private I Plumbing. He immediately reassured me he could handle the job and get our hot water running THAT DAY. Which is exactly how it went. He was personable, proficient, and very pleasant to deal with. One hundred percent professional got the job done smoothly with excellent communication and attention to detail. It's really a pleasure to find a guy to know he will do a great job for a fair price. I recommend him without reservation.
