"Projects: Popcorn ceiling removal, ceiling refinishing, drywall repair, replacing baseboard and door trim, full interior painting, trim painting, door painting, replacing bathtub caulking, and more. Review: I highly recommend Eduardo and the 4 Seasons Right Services team! I will hire them again for all my future projects! Pros: - The whole team takes a lot of pride in their work. - Full-service remodeling and handyman -- they can do pretty much anything. They are especially good at drywall repairs, mudding, ceilings, and painting! - Extremely detail-oriented. They proactively pointed out and fixed a lot of tiny details that I didn't even notice. (Things I missed even though I'm a designer!) - Trustworthy. I gave them my keys and full access to my home for a month. I never received any complaints about them from my neighbors, too. - Considerate of your home and careful to protect your floors, walls, etc. - They put down extra coverings to keep your home clean, and they clean up after the job is done. They don't leave a mess that you have to clean up yourself. - Can sometimes do work on weekends. - Reasonable prices, accurate estimates, and honor their original prices. No unexpected charges at the end. - Good communication, pleasant attitude, good sense of humor, and friendly with other residents. Built a good relationship with my building management. - Support family-owned small local businesses! Cons: - The estimated price for services might be in the middle-to-high end of the quotes you receive. However, they're extremely reasonable prices for everything you get. They will go above-and-beyond to deliver quality results. They did a lot of extra small fixes and touch-ups beyond the original proposed scope of work, and they didn't nickle-and-dime me for every little change. They actually SAVED me money on some of my other projects!"

"Always arrived on time, easy and clear communication, very professional. My bath remodel project consisted of a subway tile shower wall over a new alcove tub and mosaic tile floor. Israel worked at a pace that was very productive, but it never felt like he was only trying to complete the job. He worked without interruption each day, putting in full days on my project until the job was complete. It was clear to me that he enjoys his trade and takes pride in his craftsmanship. He was respectful of my home and I was comfortable leaving him to do his work. The quality of the work is very high, I am fully satisfied and since I am very picky this is saying a lot. Tina and her company were hired to paint our house. She showed up on time and gave us a quote for the project; she was professional and very confident. Her manager estimated to complete the job in less than a week. After three weeks we were notified that the job is completed. During the inspection I noticed multiple paint spillages around the work area, brush strokes, uneven areas of paint, streaks, and blemishes. I was told that someone will come and finish the job because â they never walk away from the jobâ . Multiple phone calls and emails later they finally admitted that the job was done poorly and promised to paint the walls and the ceilings again. Two weeks later they put another coat of paint, however they left multiple dried paint drippings all over the place, including our newly installed floors. In the light construction will cost you time, money and possibly your sanity. Do not waste your money. I have no idea how the company is still in business. Tina and her team rewired my kitchen to put in my new appliances. She put in new bedrock, baring wall, and surrounding wall for my new tub. Tina and her team removed the remaining hardware for the old iron stove. Then went up on the roof to cut it off and replaced part of the ceiling. Her team painted, put in new doors and new carpet. Tina and her team went above and beyond to help me with my condo. I am so grateful. Anyone who uses In The Light Construction Management are lucky to have someone who is up front on the labor and price. You will not find that with any other Construction Company."

"Outstanding with a result far more than expected. David cleaned, re-grouted, and sealed the tile in a shower that had been neglected for years. He also cleaned and resealed the shower pan as well as thoroughly cleaning the shower door. The result was a like-new shower. David is professional, dedicated, and very detail oriented. He's also an excellent communicator. I was thrilled with the results. I intend to hire him to restore the rest of the tile and stone in my house. Highly recommended."
