"Lifestyle Pavers rocks! They tore out our 35 year old cedar deck and stairs and installed our beautiful new paver patio nearly 3 years ago. Martin and his crew are some of the hardest working people I've ever met, and they do very high quality work, too! Now almost three years later, we had a little settlment in one paver near edge, near the remains of a huge stump that was under the property line and fence so it could not be entirely removed when we built the patio. "The specific Job that was done was to retrofit a home to minimize or eliminate damage that could occur due to an earthquake. The work included installing steel attachment brackets between the foundation and the house framing structure. Wood pressure blocks were added between beams in joist bays and between perimeter rim joist and sill plate. Other reinforcements were installed between support posts and beams and between posts and the concrete foundation. I was impressed with the technical knowledge that Mr Khoa had of the overall project. This of course was key to the work done by the team which I would like to stress were hard working and professional in accomplishing their work.
