First day was fine and rates were reasonable and I paid at the end of day 1. I assumed that when they came back the second day, I would be charged a similar hourly rate. Unfortunately, I was wrong. When the time came to pay at the end of the 2nd day,the rate I was charged for day 2 was almost double the hourly rate of the first day. If he intended to charge a higher rate, he should have informed me before he began work that 2nd day.

The handyman showed up on time, at a convenient time to look at the work, and did the work on the agreed date, showing up on time. The wqrk was done expeditiously and correctly.

Price for the job was a little high.

The work done was highly professional. All interactions were positive and everything was done on schedule, which was a challenge because we had a tight deadline. This meant the team had to work until 8pm one night, but they did it with a smile. They were also happy to accommodate us when we asked for changes during the project. And, the price was reasonable. I'd definitely use Aaron & Sons again.

James was right on time, he did a great job, and was very courteous.
