James was professional. He was able to come in for a pre-eval, listen to the projects we wanted done and provide an estimate that day. This wasn't the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. And a friend of mine had already had some bad experiences with handymen, so I didn't want price to be the most important factor. When I made a decision and called, we made an app't. A day later, when he realized his error, he called me to ask if changing the time was ok, which it was. I appreciated the promptness with which he let me know that he wouldn't be able to fulfill the original app't date. James arrived both work days with his father to get the work done. They were pleasant, gave good advise, and when the work was done, I was pleased. James even took a picture of my photo placement on the wall, prior to taking them down to paint. He then texted the pic to me, giving me the option to have him put them back up the way they were or we could do it ourselves. I appreciated that, because I sure didn't think of it. All in all, great experience. I already recommended him to one of my closest friends.
