James is extremely reliable, professional, totally open about what he can/will do. Quality of work could not be better, charges fair and reasonable. He recently did a repair for me which had been done (clearly less than competently, since it needed to be redone) by two others - and did it quickly and with obvious good results.

Asked for customer input, followed and checked with customer all the way. Labor and materials separate on invoice. All material receipts were shared with customer before final payment. Worked with weather conditions and worked to complete job beautifully in 2days before rain. Requested cleanup and take away and did great job. If need, will definitely contact again.
