We are very pleased with the work that was done for us. Ben made immediate contact with us to discuss a date and time he could do the work for us. Ben contacted us the day before and during the day he was scheduled to do our project.

DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR - From a Military Veteran. 12 feet of siding repair was our original project to include the 2X4 or 2X6 budding of some minimal termite damage to the existing boards. After a thorough inspection, once we demolished the deck ourselves, he doubled the price of the original scope of work, after we gave him a deposit of 45% of the project. I want to point out, this was only for labor. We were purchasing all of the materials ourselves. We had talked about doing some additional work, but decided not to, and went back to the original scope of work. We cancelled the project before any work had ever been started, and he kept not just 20% of the deposit we gave him, he kept 20% of the entire project's cost.

Ben was very helpful in repairing our table. He was extremely polite and great to work with. The fee was very reasonable. I will keep him in mind for other projects and will certainly recommend him to others.
