My historic home had many design and installation challenges, but the team did an amazing job. They ended up moving my plumbing, building out a few walls, and built the floor under my shower pan. It was a lot of work and it was a unique situation but their work was perfect nonetheless! No detail was spared and my shower is incredible. I could not be happier with the work.

We had originally thought a new tub/shower combo would be fine, but the longer I thought about it I realized I needed a walk in shower I called customer service to change the order. Even though it was past the time for changes the agent, Dylan was able to make it happen for us. I was elated! the service from sales, Mort, to customer service, to the insaller David M and his team mate was great. The job was completed in 1 day and the clean up was really good too. David communicated very well on the day of install. Very impressed and will recommend this company if asked who did our work.

I decided to turn my bathtub into a walk-in-shower and started doing research on the process and companies that provide that service. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work

We had a shower install done today and we were very happy with the results. Mickey and Dave were our installers. They were very professional. They worked all day to complete the job and left it clean and perfect. Our salesman was Lewie. He’s sold us on your company and sealed the deal with life time warranty. No need to look any further. Thank you Pemier Home Pros for a great product and a hard working staff. Five stars plus!

The work done on our shower was excellent, making getting in and out of the shower so much safer. Each step was explained to us and the work done by Mickey and Joe was superb. It was evident that quality was very important both of them. What a pleasant experience.
