Lots of things went wrong. Getting service was difficult. Each person from different departments tried to blame the other department. The whole process from start to end was a pain. Don?t hire this company.

Working with Premier Home Pros was a pleasure. Izzy Irizarry served as the installer for our new shower install. He is a skilled tradesman as demonstrated by the exemplary job he did on our project. Everything that was promised happened! They showed up on time and we?re very respectful of my property during the whole process. The workmanship is absolutely incredible! I would consider this shower installation, pure artistry the way every detail was treated. The job was done in a timely fashion. They left nothing for me throw away or clean up after the job was completed. I will use this company again and again and again, and have already recommended them to my friends.

They replaced my toilet, along with other work. After they left, I lifed the lid, and discovered a large, U shaped hole on the edge. I called them and was told that it didn't matter as the lid had to be lifted to see the damage ( looked to be caused during manufacturing). I called again and let them know that I needed to have someone look at it. I was told that there was nothing they could do, but that they would send someone out on Monday. I waited for them, they never showed up and never called. They no longer take my calls. While it may not seem like a big deal to them, I paid them a lot of money for the toilet and install. The lease they could have done was to bring out one that wasn't damaged and exchanged the toilet.

Salesman told us that the new shower would be completed in one day. Well, it's been a month now and the shower is still not completed.......the glass door and wall, 2 shelves and 2 grab bars have yet to be installed. For the price we paid, we should get way better service than this. Not happy with Premier Home Pros.

Premier Home Pros converted my bathtub to a walk in shower in November 2024. The shower is beautiful and functional. I’m a senior citizen and I uneasy climbing into the tub to shower. The work was done in 1 day as promised. It’s been 5 months. I had a small leak where the shower frame meets at the bottom in the corner. I contacted customer service and the problem was a quick fix with caulking. The initial installers were professional, respectful of my home and cleaned up after the installation. I wish I had done this several years ago. I highly recommend this company.

I am really happy with my new shower. I had a bathtub and old tile shower replaced. The installers were very nice, however could have been more tidy about the whole thing.

THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY EXCELLENT. THEY ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. ONLY THING I WOULD SAY IS WHEN THE SALEPERSON COME TO GIVE YOU An ESTIMATE MAKE SURE YOU GET A SECOND OPINION. MY SALESPERSON SAID I HAD WATER DAMAGE AND WHEN WALL WAS BEING TAKEN DOWN IT WAS CONCRETE AND NO WATER UNDER THE WALL. Always be honest to the customer. I think he was not honest. Thank you
