Workers were here 'sort of' on time. Job took a day or two longer than expected. New shower looks great. Shower floor is an issue. The floor is not solid, and takes some getting used to. Overall, we are happy with the new shower, but the floor needs to be addressed along with a chip in the floor ceramic tile, caused by workers.

My installation was Quick, and Professionally executed. The products installed are Beautiful , I'm highly satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone looking for Great work and workers. Luis David and Oscar Reyes were my installers and they were highly Professional, Efficient, hard workers they kept the area clean and provided Quality work. Premier Home Pros does Great work and I highly recommend this Company.

1st the Installers were good at their job. 2nd The company did not communicate with the installers completely. When the installers arrived the material list was not correct they had the wrong shower material, they proceeded with what they had to, in order to start the project. After the third day the project was making progress, In order to be able to isolate the water supply, shut offs needed to be applied, the company didn't reveal that info to the installers, although the installers indicated that work order did not indicate that, the lead installer then told me that it would void my warranty. So I attempted to contact the sales rep and verify the installers comments. No Reply was received from the sales rep, so with my knowledge about adding shutoff's to a water supply , I had to purchase the shutoff's to have them installed. With that miscue resolved by me, the 3rd miscue was the incorrect drain location of the shower pan, which concession had to be made. RECOMMENDATION DON'T

Stunningly Finished Shower I am truly thankful to God for sending Tyler, Trevor, and Field Manager Bjorn to install my shower. I wanted my shower remodeled after my faucets continued to leak after getting out of the hospital after suffering two strokes. Finding the Do It Right Guys, Tyler, Trevor, and Field Manager Bjorn took six months. I mean it exactly like I said it. I finally found a company with no excuses and workers who showed up after the company received my deposit. Now, my bathroom looks like a five-star bathroom. Thank you, Trevor, Tyler, and Bjorn. These guys are excellent craftsmen and respectful. I have a beautiful and working shower. After checking behind the guys before they left, the guys cleaned up the areas they worked. The three guys correctly installed the piping, faucets, shower walls, and flooring. The group kept up open communication every step of the way. Thanks again. I will call them for the next remodel job. And I do have a few more.

If you live in the Metro Detroit area and you have any work going to be done make sure itâ s not a guy named Demetrius and his supervisor named Steve. Poor work ethic and poor customer service. I had my shower installed in May. It was water damage to my ceiling tiles from poor installation of the shower head. Demetrius who said that he would replace my ceiling tiles and it is the end of October. Iâ m still waiting for the replacement of the tiles. Both Demetrius and Steve keep avoiding me. Just a bunch of shenanigans from the both when I call from another phone number. A very disappointing experience for me.

Kyle was great. He really was good at his job. He explained every step all the way through. He finished in one day. Kudos to Kyle.

The process was easy to schedule & finance, had to wait a little while to get all the pieces to schedule the job but seeing the pieces were all custom made it was expected. Installers Eric & Bob did a nice job working with us during the installation process including a few modification changes. Work completed in a timely manner. We're very happy pleased with our new shower!

The process was easy, the service was awesome. The Team is committed to their work and making sure the customer is satisfied. They made sure to finish the job as quickly and thorough as possible. Iâ m loving remodel. My shower is amazing. The put in new plumbing, cleaned mold, put in new flooring and waterproofing materials underneath the shower and Iâ m so happy with the finished outcome. It is worth the money the amount of care they put into their work.
