He was very knowledgeable and explained every option for repair or replacement within our budget. From quote to completion of our replacement repair was just over 2 hours. I felt pressured to upgrade practically my entire system, when all I wanted was repair to the key pad. I?m embarrassed to admit I let the scare tactics sway me and I ended up spending far more than I intended or expected. And now my system makes clunking noises it didn?t before. I will not hire Precision again.

Robert Mathews was the technician that came out and explained everything about my garage door issue. He gave me 3 different options and I never felt like he was trying to upsell. We ended up with the entire overhaul of parts (after chatting with my wife for her thoughts). I know a spring and rollers was what I needed, but decided to go the extra step for thicker wires and drums since my garage door is constantly being used with two teens now driving. I couldn’t ask for a more professional business that really helped with my situation.
