Joe replaced an aging sliding door and 4 other windows. I consider myself a handy person and can attest to workmanship of him and his team. He's dependable, fairly priced, and does a great job. I woudn't think of using another window and door contractor after my experience with Precision Crafters.

Joe replaced a cabana door on our 30 year old house. He was very careful not to damage the inside wallpaper, had to replace the wood that the door frame needed to be attached to and some lesser problems. I chose His company because he had an A+ rating from BBB and was in business for decades, and his price was was competitive .

Joe is very patient and his craftsmanship is excellent . We had an unavoidable scheduling problem and he went above and beyond to work with us. He was very thorough installing the door, overcoming unforeseen problems. (We love our new door.) We also hired him to repair a large patch of exterior stucco and he was just as proficient doing this as he was installing the door. We will definitely hire him again for any construction or household repairs.

He did not come in a timely manner to install the door. He did not deliver or install all of the parts of the door. As of now I am Still Waiting on the handle of the screen door. He was very friendly but not reliable as far as completing the job.

There is no problem that Joe, the contractor, could not figure out. I wanted two special and unique projects done. Joe never hesitated, problem solved, and completed these in a way better than I envisioned. Joe worked tirelessly, without complaint, until the projects were complete. Joe is confident, qualified, and a consummate professional. I will not hesitate to use him again, or to recommend him to others.
