Joseph Rhodes is a carpenter builder and installer with excellent knowledge of his craft. The impact decorative set of doors was expertly done at a very fair price. Great value and installation.

Joe was not good about communicating with me and the project was overdue. When Joe said they don't paint the doors, I didn't realize that I would have such an unfinished product. He left all the stickers on the doors, and the French doors had been sitting in his shop for so long there is a perfect outline of the sticker on the glass - also, in my not knowing how to remove the stickers, I used an abrasive sponge and scratched the glass. Between the new front door and the French doors, there are sixty screws that I have to putty, sand then paint. Some screws are too recessed and some are not recessed at all. Bottom line, after spending nearly $6k, I've had to work on the doors two weekends to prime the frame, paint, putty, and I still have a full weekend of work ahead of me.

We at Precision Crafters appreciate all our customers and this one as well. We always give all our customers a great job and explained to this customer that the product she ordered was Special Order and would take 10 to 12 weeks to get, then we would call and give her a Install date. It was even written on the proposal. She called me around 7 to 8 weeks demanding a refund. I explained to her we were still on time and I have not received her Special Order door but we would come out an install the unit that did come in. She refused that offer. When the order came in we set an install date and proceeded with the work. We passed all our inspections, her mother who was house sitting complimented our work several times and the Building Inspector as well told us its nice to see great work. When the customer informed me that she messed up and scratched the glass, I offered to come out and try to buff them out free of charge. She accepted our kindness but I think when she tried to take on painting the double set of french doors and entrance doors with sidelight, she became frustrated. We realize that decorative impact rated products are expensive so even after this hurtful review I reached out to her and offered to still come out and buff out the glass. All jobs are a learning experience and all our customers are appreciated and we always deliver no matter how hard the job or how difficult the Inspector. We are Quality You Can Count On.

Hire these guys. If you want your doors and windows installed right hire Joe Rhodes and his assistant Robert. They also really clean up before they leave. Thanks Home Advisor for steering them my way.

Precision Crafters, Inc. was fantastic to work with. Joe's customer service was top notch and his years of experience definitely shows in the quality of his work. The process was as painless as it can be. He came by to get all of the needed measurements, figured out what kind or door I wanted/needed, and got it ordered. Once the door came in, we picked a day that same week to install it and he got the job done before I got home from work that day. Joe is my new go-to-guy for any window and door related work. I'd give him more than 5 stars if I could.
