Poolscape Design

Poolscape Design did a great job on my backyard. I had no idea what to do since my yard was so small and so uneven. However, James came up with a design that evened up my yard and I know even have a nice flower bed with really pretty plants. I think you would be pleased with their work as much as I am.

Mr. Nealy was easy to contact and schedule an assessment. He listened to my property concerns and recommended improvements. He sent a summary of the work w/pricing. There was no pressure, and James gave me plenty of time to decide what I wanted done. I was given an approximate date for installation, and the project went as planned. He solved a few problems. This includes re-sloping, and installing different sod, putting in a stone border between the flower beds and lawn, and putting in new mulch. The stone is well matched to the stone on the house. The stone border has steel rebar and a cement footing. It slopes to the natural grade of the property, and has a well-matched color of mortar. James recommended the colors and they look great. James/owner was quick to respond to my initial request for landscape services. I was having several issues with standing water, flooding, and erosion in my backyard. There was literally no grass left and it looked like a mud pit after it rained. I had received several quotes from other companies and the rates provided were way out of my budget. James came to my house to take a look at what needed to be done. He was very honest and knowledgeable about how we could work within my budget to resolve the issues. I have to say the end result is perfect. I can now enjoy my backyard without having to worry about flooding and a muddy mess. The sod and additional material that James brought in has completely transformed my backyard. Complete and ready to entertain guest for the summer. James helped me create a cohesive layout throughout my back yard. He was able to install gravel and plants and move stuff around that makes my backyard have a much cleaner look. James was very responsive and prices were reasonable.

James and his team were a complete lifesaver. We had grading issues after our pool was installed. James provided excellent recommendations to help us combat the irrigation problems we were having and installed our sod.They also helped install several large trees/bushes around the pool. The yard is finally coming along! We just hired him to do additional work on a large retaining wall, more irrigation in the front of the house and an outdoor kitchen.I will provide a new review when that is complete.
