Poolie

Ive recently moved from Illinois to San Antonio & before I moved the company offered me $50k salary which was more than I was making in Illinois. Long story short I get here, they barely trained me & sent me out into the field with no tools & very vague descriptions on jobs. I volunteered to work weekends which are not required & they have yet to pay me for the work I?ve done. I?ve mentioned it to my supervisor 3 times & was told it was handled. I told them I would file a report if I?m not compensated for my work on top of talking about my salary because after my first few checks I realized I?m not making $50k I?m making less than $40k. I was terminated for ?not taking correct pictures? when most of the jobs didn?t require me to be there initially. Management would over schedule me & not communicate which jobs needed priority & then also not tell me if I did something wrong. I strongly advise anyone that wants to work for or with this company to take anything they say with a grain of

Poolie has been fantastic to work with so far. Everyone I’ve interacted with, including Tom, Aaron, and Vernon (I apologize if I’m forgetting anyone’s name), has been incredibly professional, kind, courteous, and punctual. Plus, my pool looks amazing!!

He is professional and respectful when I do get a chance to see him. He is incredibly responsible when it comes to making sure my back gate is properly closed every time. Do not use their weekly pool cleaning service. The picture is an email notice I received after my pool was serviced by a poolie tech, letting me know that my pool was cleaned. Obviously, the before and after photos speak for themselves. When I called to ask about it, they texted back that they would have to charge me an extra $50 to have a tech come by before my next weekly cleaning. Before this incident, my pool was green for multiple weeks. I definitely would not recommend this service

After Poolie bought our previous pool maintenance company we acquired this group. They were unprofessional, did not return phone calls, damaged our equipment with too many chemicals and allowing so much algae to grow you could not even see the bottom. Their pool maintenance crew was barely old enough to have a job. Do not even consider this company! B

The worse customer service I received in my life. There main issue is you will never be able to reach them only text with a bot, no phone calls, when you need to contact them is impossible to reach and will give you a call back after the 4 days... in Texas heat and with a pump broken the water will go green real quick.. Their only response is we are sorry but with sorry I will not fix my problem. stay away from Poolie
