After a slow start this company came on full bore. The workman where personable and gave our pool there all. The finish product is beautiful.

If I knew that they were not going to finish the job I would have never giving them the full last payment. I called them at least 8 different time and the wife answers the phone and said leave a message and they will call back. Well she does not call back. I called the husband which isthe owner and gave me 3 different dated to replace my junction box and never showed. Had I known all these problem about getting them to call you back or finishing the job I would have never hired them. Word of the wise, do not hire pool doctor.

Worst company I have dealt with in 24 years in Brevard if I could have left zero stars I would have! When a payment is due phones are answered and you get updates but other times nothing unless legal action threatened (attorney was retained to force a resolution). Still had outstanding issues but once they finally resolved the pool surface issue I let the deck seal and failure to refit the screen door after cutting the new deck block go and did it myself!!! Avoid at ALL cost ! Here speaks a customer who spent a fortune and got shoddy (would have used an expletive but may not have been allowed) service and product!

It is very disappointing to know that a company is so quick to collect the payment but does not follow through and does not notify what is going on. When you call the company there is no answer, no call back, no physical address, and it is very disappointing to know that there is people who only take money, do not follow through with the contract, and it is unfair that someone gets paid upon the expense of other people. I would not recommend them!

Great Job very reasonable and quality craftsmanship

The Pool Doctor of Brevard resurfaced, tiled, changed our lighting, filled a concrete planter, added a heat pump, and converted our pool to salt. Anyone who has been looking at this type of work lately knows how much these services are in demand. The Pool Doctor was months sooner than others could get to us, they had competitive pricing, after we hired them, they did a great job!

Pool Doctor of Brevard is an awesome company! They resurfaced my pool and painted my deck. The team of professionals clearly communicated the plan-of-action and competently followed through with the plan. Superb workmanship. I am thrilled with the outcome!

They have a very professional large crew in which each member has their specialty so it seemed that we had the best talent assigned for each step in the tile replacement and pool resurfacing process. We were very pleased with the finished product.

We hired this company to stabilize the pool deck by blowing concrete underneath. They came out rather quickly and drilled 11 holes approx. 3 inches in diameter. After that, they would not return phone calls. The one time I talked to them, they said they would be out by the end of the week and never showed up nor did they call. They did contact my wife only to tell her that due to the rain, they would not be out. After a little over 3 months of this lack of contact, my wife hired someone else to come out and finish the job. The holes were doing nothing but beginning to destabilize the deck. I would not recommend them to anyone.
