Everything was good until a outside camera was broken and I was not informed of the damage from that person , fortunately the camera notified me immediately.

We are sorry to hear that April. Our surveyor said that nothing was broken and that the camera fell down and he picked it up and put it on the table outside. He spoke to you and there didn't seem to be an issues expressed. Please let us know if there was any damage that we can assist with.
