I haven't engaged this contractor as of yet, but with the estimate they provided for my roof repair, I plan to hire them once my kitchen work is complete. I plan to hire Polar in mid July. The professionalism shown, as well as the crew actually going up and examining my roof, convinced me to accept them as my roofing contractor

Very professional, efficient and personable contractor. I posted my small clogged gutter problem in one section of my two story colonial first thing in the morning. Polar got back to me that morning, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot for a very fair agreed price. They went "above and beyond" in pointing out a small separation of the drain pipe leading to the underground piping and quickly took care of that problem on the spot! Accordingly, I have no hesitation in highly recommending this firm for any of your chimney, roofing, rain gutter and masonry construction needs.

Polar needed to replace a damaged chimney and the adjacent surface of the house. They also replaced the roof shingles and areas of rotten wood. They were quick and did GREAT work. Their lead guys, Eddie and Alen, went above and beyond, doing interior cosmetic work where the chimney removal affected internal walls. They were extremely friendly and helpful. It was like having family to help in the pinch.
