The job took longer than estimated but Jose kept to his estimate and did not charge extra. He ran the cable how and where I wanted it. I would recommend him. Very good service

Jose and Armando were a great team. Professional, punctual, nice mannered, they did everything I expected and then some. They paid attention to every little detail and after it was all done, you'd never know someone was there. If you need cameras installed or wires ran for your installation, these are the men for your job. Hire with confidence.

Jose and his team were absolutely first rate. Jose evaluated the problem and gave me a firm estimate over the phone. They arrived early and waited in their vehicle until it was time to come in. They were polite, well dressed, efficient and got the job done with a minimum of disruption. In fact when I phoned later with a minor glitch, Jose diagnosed the problem over the phone. It had nothing to do with their work but was a chronic problem with the provider. He walked me through the 'fix' and voila ! It works better than ever. Many thanks to Plug and Play. They are the best !!

I met with 2 other referrals from this site. One had the nerve of adding a significant amount to the materials/equipment cost - saying that someday it might break (many thousands extra). The other failed to respond as promised. Jose did a great job! He showed when he promised! He got better equipment AFTER agreeing on price! I would happily recommend him; and will do so.

Jose is really a smart guy i bought a security camera system but couldnt connect to my phone while I'm at work i called him and him came to fix the problem i think what he charged was a lil high but cheaper than other places i called

They installed security cameras which the manufacturer now says must not be receiving enough electricity; also, they ran the wires to the back of the DVR through a vintage card table/rug frame. When, on moving, I discovered what they had done, I sent a picture at Jose' request and he wanted to be PAID to come and remove the wires and reinstall them, with the excuse that it had been 1 1/2 years and the system worked well all of that time, blah, blah, blah. I couldn't recommend them based on such poor "customer service" - actually unwillingness to rectify their bad.
