I had a front slab that was separating from the front porch. I contacted Place & Finish to give me a quote. Filippo came out and reviewed the problem and determined that the contractor that put the slab in never connected the slab to the front porch with rebar. Filippo said that he would take out the old slab and attach the new slab to the front porch with rebar. Filippo did a great job, he removed all the old concrete and cleaned up after he was finish. He was very pleasant, easy to communicate with and explained everything he was going yo do. I would highly recommend Place & Finish.

My project was to place Bermuda sod in my back yard around the pool area, both inside and outside the fence. My yard has a slope to it so it needed some grading before laying the sod. They did an A+ job with the grading even in an area that was a tight space and had lots of obstacles. They manually graded a smaller area that could not accommodate heavy equipment. All was done with no damage to pool, deck, or fence. Very skilled at their job. Felipe kept in contact with me throughout the project to keep me updated with delays due to weather and sod availability. It was nice to have a contractor who effectively communicates with his clients. Felipeâ s father was part of the crew, one of the hardest working men I have ever seen. I would highly recommend Felipe and his crew.

I had been searching for a good company for a long time to compete my backyard patio. They were quick to respond, gave me honest upfront pricing, professional, on time, did excellent quality work, and were very friendly. I would highly recommend them for your next project. Felipe came out and gave an estimate of the concrete slab and we went over the details. He and his crew were on time, very professional and made sure I was satisfied with the work. They even cleaned up the mess. We were very satisfied and, in fact, had them come out for a different project. They upheld the same standards of quality. Felipe was very professional from the beginning. He quoted a fair price and even made a few recommendations on my slab to make it more functional and give us the ability to add a structure in the future if we decide to. His crew worked very clean and very quick. They kept the trash in check, took extra precautions to protect our lawn and even swept up and cleaned up when they were done. I will definitely make him my first call when we need more work done.
