I brought Bob out to check the basement of my house which actually had a support column fall down. The basement is full of temporary supports and after several contractors gave contradicting statements of what they would do to solve the problem, I contacted Bob to give me a professional opinion. He is very thorough and the plans that he wrote down were extremely detailed. He told me that he is available should I have future questions to come up when I finally get a contractor out to put these plans into realty.

His report was very professional and included everything mentioned in our written agreement. We had a home inspection that recommended having a structural engineer inspect a defect. I called Robert on Monday, had the inspection on Thursday, and an official report on Monday. He understood our time crunch, and really helped us out. My fiancé enjoyed learning about our new home's foundation with Robert the day of inspection. The cost he quoted was the final cost with no hidden fees. He is personable and loves to share his vast knowledge of engineering. I highly recommend Robert and will use him again if we ever have any structural engineering needs.

Working with Pisano Development was an excellent experience. We found Robert to be clear and thorough. We was patient in answering any questions we had during the on site inspection. He was able to get us our written report quickly so that we could continue moving with the property. The proposal was clear in what service would be provided and in the fee structure. The report was detailed, but clear so that any lay person could understand the findings.

Bob did an amazing job from start to finish with our project and was very professional and timely in the development of our plans. He was also there to answer all of my many questions to ensure we were on the same page throughout the project. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an engineer!

Bob Pisano was knowledgeable across a wide sprectrum of home renovation/remodeling subjects. He was easy to work with, answered all questions fully and provided a thorough written report of his inspection and recommendations. We plan to do some additional renovations in the future where sound structural engineering guidance would be needed, and most definitely would bring Bob back in to help us through that process. Nice guy and easy to speak with.

It was great to be able to find exactly what I needed, when I needed it. I had become aware of a possible structural issue in my house involving one of the floor joists. I contacted Pisano Development Group through HomeAdvisor and was contacted within an hour by the company, and spoke with Robert. Within a few minutes of speaking with Robert on the phone it was evident that he was very knowledgeable, personable, and knew exactly what was needed in my situation. I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days for him to come out and look at my house. He was very thorough, answered all of my questions, and gave me all sorts of information on the nature of the issue, what my options were, they types of contractors I would need, etc. He then sent me a detailed report of everything that was required. There was no doubt in my mind he was the right person for the job, and was happy I hired him. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.
