Bob Pisano performed a foundation evaluation of a residential property that we are considering purchasing. His examination was thorough and professional, and I learned a lot about the current status as well as maintenance of the foundation while checking along with him. Bob sent the final report in two days, and gave me the opportunity to ask further questions. I highly recommend his service!

Bob is obviously experienced and knowledgeable, but it took two weeks to have his report after I even reminded him of owing his report. If you don't mind the duration of two weeks, I recommend him. He was a very calm and tried to assess thoroughly the structural issues in a professional scope. He also gave a revised report after added very essential evaluation part he missed in his first report.

I found Bob Pisano a competent and knowledgeable engineer for the addition to my home. His knowledge of live & dead load requirements and the general scope of the job was just what I needed. I would hire him again.

Bob was awesome through the process of sizing out a bearing beam for a wall removal project. He answered mine and my wife’s unending questions and was more then willing to do a different scenario so we could compare columns and no columns for the wall. Would highly recommend and will be using him again for future work.

I think the thing I appreciated the most is that Bob is obviously experienced and knowledgable, but he is personable and his explanations are in plain language. He takes the time to be sure the homeowner will understand what is being reported. His final written report was detailed and thorough. We were looking for a Structural Engineer to inspect a house we were buying. Bob was quick to respond, and to follow-up on my initial inquiry . We had planned the work tentatively for the following week. After we spoke, I had to put the project on indefinite hold because the attorney review period dragged on and on. Then I had to call on him with a request that the inspection happen within the next 48 hours or so, as we had to work quickly to secure the deal. Again, Bob was quick to respond, he was at the house the very next morning. He spent a great deal of time not only performing the inspection, but talking with us to give his initial impressions.
