Hired them to ground and install electrical to pool pump and automatic cover. The project was done wrong and would not pass code. Tried to have them fix what I originally wanted and they charged exorbitant extra. Had my brother come out and help me after $5000 He redid the whole thing correctly because he is electrician. Would not use this company ever. Owner is an incompetent non client friendly individual

VERY EXPENSIVE: buyer beware...get multiple quotes before hiring this contractor. He relocated two outlets for $600.00 (one employee, two hours of work time)....worker was not prepared to clean up his mess....required me to provide clean up equipment or leave mess for me to clean up....

The electrician who did the work did a good job. However, the owners business practice was not acceptable. While the electrician was working, the owner showed up at my house and asked for payment before the job was completed. He offered a 10% discount if paid in cash. This left a very bad impression. I would not hire this company again.

Overall, Phase 1 provided the lowest cost alternative, was very quick with scheduling and completing work. Would definitely hire again.

Quick to respond to request for business. Stuck by his estimate of both time and $. Workers did a neat job repairing wiring damaged by lightning.

We hired Phase 1 Electric to add lighting to 3 bedrooms and living room that did not have any ceiling lights. In addition, they upgraded all existing lighting to recessed canless LED lighting, hung a chandelier, install 2 ceiling fans, and added an outlet to wall mount our TV. The project went very smooth, great communication, workers were very friendly and polite, and most importantly everything looks and works great! Would definitely hire them again!

This company and owner is very unprofessional in their work and customer service. They wired my RV-horse trailer 220 V. Should have been 110 V. We relied on their expertise to wire it correctly. We are not electricians and am wondering if they are! The microwave and converter were blown. We had to take for repair and cost $647.00. They refused to reimburse us for their mistake. The owner Tom was very rude and obviously did not know what they are doing Now we are concerned about the rest of the work they completed at our home. Stay away from this company. There are other great companies that know what they are doing. They need to go back to school!

Tom ripped me off of $2,600. He was hired to repair electrical issues in the house. He never disclosed to me that the line was severed to the house which Duke energy had to reattach which would have solved all the problems. He replaced the panel, wired up 13 outlets downstairs without GFI which was absolutely unnecessary. You tell me why a person would want 13 outlets wired up in a basement? He did not pull a permit from Hamilton County as promised (read between the lines as to why). This was a rental and he never disclosed to me the scope of the real problem. If you are looking for a dishonest electrician give him a call. His license needs to be pulled for what you did here. I am not done chasing you Tom for your crooked ways.
