Having bad back problems needed someone to come in and do a light spring cleaning. Dusting wipes down of kitchen sweep and mop floors. All that was touched in the kitchen was the front of the cupboards. Did not touch the front of the appliances or counter tops was going to send the cleaners back but as I looked banister going upstairs was not dusted. Just upset cause I cant get around to do. Was excited about getting it cleaned. So-called back and told them I did not want them back. I will say they were on time and polite. Should have known something was wrong when they were done in a hour.

The girl did not know how to clean a range and microwave that a tenant left very dirty! And she needed a stronger rust remover for hard water in the tub like Whink. I should have checked the job before I paid! I would not recommend this company!!

I am sorry for any inconvenience we did all that we could to clean your apartment we let everything soak nothing would come clean we even used clr to try to get it cleaned we even told you about the problems that the apartment had the stove you wanted us to clean tried our best even used oven cleaner could not come off then you call us back yelling with an attitude saying you got it off by using a knife we do not carry s knives to jobs with us we only provide the cleaning supplies and ourselves we should have done an estimate before doing the job to see what we were getting into beforehand we have plenty of repeat clients who are thrilled with.
