Only offer Lennox related products. Was sort of my only downside to working with them as I would have been interested in comparing a few brands, but otherwise they were prompt, flexible, and courteous. Made an extensive drive out to my place and were still super nice about it! I do recommend them. They replaced a pretty old furnace so extending my duct and adjusting some electrical routing was required and they were really good about it! Did find a few sheet metal pieces on the driveway and a screw, so I would just suggest they use a magnet or check a little more carefully if possible.

Returned my call immediately. Despite a heat wave and I'm sure being very busy, they came within hours and fixed my AC in a matter of minutes. Turned out I had an earwig bug blocking the current. They were honest about the problem and charged me minimally for the repair, so I highly recommend them. Its great to deal with a service who showed honesty and integrity. I would absolutely recommend them and I will trust them for all future maintenance and/or repairs!
