They were very pleasant to deal with but it was difficult when the price doubled because apparently the blower motor was a short staffed motor and that couldnÂ’t be determined by the brand and style of the furnace. I was dealing with a very busy landlord who has been very good to me and I was trying to help but somehow I feel like I made it difficult for him and put him in a position that he was stuck.

Thanks for your review! Yes, when your particular brand, Lennox, has certain parts that can only be replaced with OEM PARTS. Your landlord had a difficult time with the price because he sees what it costs online, but that does not include us running for the part 45 mins away and then installing the part. I'm sorry you feel this way.

Service was excellent! Last Friday (start of a very hot weekend), after several failed attempts by another company and a friend to fix my A/C, I clicked on Home Advisor to find someone local. Within 30 seconds of submitting a request for quote, Dave called me and then texted. He told me his service tech would stop at my house before coming into work so by 8:30 am, one problem was fixed and the larger problem diagnosed. The system had to be replaced - not cheap, but less expensive than the larger companyÂ’s quote. Dave installed the system the next day (Saturday) by himself. The system wasnÂ’t cooling as well as I thought it should over the weekend so I called Dave today - he was here and fixed it within a couple hours, He told me I should have called sooner, even if it was a holiday. Thanks, Dave. I will be recommending Perfect Temp to family and friends!

Two very courteous workers showed up for cleaning of my ducts in my house. They had total respect to remove their shoes each time they went out/in the front door and made sure no hoses or anything hit anything in my house at any time. They were very professional and I would highly recommend them.
