If you want somebody you can depend on DON'T call these guys and don't believe the 5 star rating, it doesn't apply. If they schedule an appt they are not going to show up or call you back.
Kim, Thank you for your review. We did everything we could do to please you. We were late by five mins. We came back by three times for free, and each time, we found nothing. We scheduled a Wednesday at 9 am, and you canceled. Again, I am sorry you feel this way.
Was contacted within 5 minutes of choosing them on HomeAdvisor. Owner was courteous and professional and I received a quote immediately and an appointment the next day. I received an email confirming my appointment shortly after. The next morning I received an email stating the technician was on their way. The technician was very friendly and professional, and gave me a thorough explanation of all details of the work. Charges were fair and the work was completed very quickly.

Great company, minus the lady you set up your appt. with. She said that there was a $80 service call. Said ok. But I was also told by her that if they were hired, the $80 would go towards the price of the total cost. She the next day called and left a voicemail, because she said i was lying about the $80. And that all calls were taped. I called her and said please play the taped phone call on speaker, and if i made mistake, i would pay ASAP. She said the customers never can hear the taped conversation that way. So i told her i will come into the company so i could listen to the tape. I know what she told me exactly. So she went on to say she deleted the taped conversation? So she lied about everything. But the company is a great company. But just because of her, not sure if i would use them again, unless i set up a appt. with someone else. Liked I said though, its a good company...
Thank you for the review! I am glad you let us know about this problem. Andrea has addressed this situation. So, we do not charge for the service call if you go with a new unit. I think this is where the confusion came in. Andrea is new to our company, and you rattled her a little bit. She feared she would lose her job because of the mistake (which would never happen); we all make mistakes and hopefully learn from them. We, as a company, value you as a customer. Hope we can serve your family in the future! Thank you again!
Heath came over immediately even in a non emergency situation. He was very professional and courteous. He did a good quality of work and I will definitely recommend him to others and for rehire. Thanks Heath.
