Did not get service I asked for and was promised

I found the owner as well as his the two employees that cleaned my house courteous, pleasant, attentive and I was comfortable with them. Joe showed up the first day to introduce his employees and show them what needed to be done. I have only used them once but they will be coming back next week, as I requested a once a week service. I hope that I will have them for many many years to come. **Addendum: Unfortunately I wrote this review too soon. They were very good the first time as I was also here. From there it went downhill with them skipping cleaning certain appliances, cleaned windows that had already been cleaned by a professional service and now it looks like they cleaned the windows with a dirty rag as there are streaks everywhere. They also did not do a thorough job of cleaning the floors this last time. I had no choice but to discontinue using their service.**

Background checks on employees coming into a home is the most important issue to my family. Communication between the owner & our family was understood & handled very professional. The owner of this franchise understood our concerns. The staff did exactly what was expected & very courteous.
