My flagstone walkway was in pretty bad shape. Mr. Perea showed up on time, explained the process from start to finish and I ended up with a beautifully repaired flagstone walkway. I am very happy with the job and would hire again. You can't tell from the after picture but it has a very nice seal. Looks great in the sunlight.

Gerardo is super nice and very trustworthy! He and his helper worked hard, despite periodic rain during the two days job. They replaced several deck planks, re-secured the stairs to the deck and built an enclosed wood cabinet to hide and exposed radon pipe in the basement. I couldn't be happier with the results, their work ethic and attention to detail! I will calling Gerardo again soon to complete a paint job for me. Top Notch Professionals! Geraldo did a great job! He showed me what all was necessary to fix my brick siding. He got started the next day, worked long hours. He showed up every day until the work was completed. What I really appreciated about Geraldo is that he has an eye for detail. He was meticulous. Geraldo is polite, professional, and respectful of our property. I can't say enough good things about him. I'd hire Perea Bros for future projects.

This company has outstanding customer service. I needed a quick 24 hour turn around project completed and that't exactly what they provided. Honest, reliable and a fantastic painting job. I will definitely call them again. Hard to find this kind of professional workmanship.
