Reviews
Write a ReviewWe continue to use Paul
We are preparing to sell our house, and Paul came and worked through a long list of small repairs that we needed to get done, ranging from drywall repairs to doors that wouldnâ t close. His service was great, he explained how he planned to fix everything, and his rates were reasonable. We would definitely hire him again!
I will definitely call him again. We discussed potential future projects while he was here.
Paul is very easy to work and communicate with as well as efficient & knowledgeable doing several different type smaller jobs both inside and out. He always shows up when scheduled and gets the work done as quickly as possible. It is so much easier than hiring a specialist for each job and I like the final product.
Bait and Switch - Paul looked at the house, was friendly on the phone, quoted a job, then turned around and said he could not perform the work. Instead, he offered to do a different project scope which involved more labor, more materials, and a final result that I did not want.... and yep - for more cost and more time. This project lagged for 7 weeks waiting on an order that he placed for a job that he never intended to do. He did not offer a refund. He also refused to wear a mask around my 88-year-old grandmother even though he had agreed that he would before I hired him; hospitals in the area were getting Covid cases at the time, so pandemic concerns were high for our community. Paul was over-confident in his abilities, morbidly irresponsible in his conduct, condescending when faced with customer complaints, and I am out several hundred dollars with nothing in return. I have to assume he does quality work from the other reviews out there, but I never got to see this for myself, so I am just throwing up 2.5 stars on faith. It is fair to have a misstep, but Paul really dug his heels in to make a disappointing situation impossible to resolve. Do NOT trust this guy.
Paul is fabulous. He is knowledgeable and meticulous. He can do anything. I had a list of items and he did everything beautifully and even more items that he noticed. His work is like new. I will definitely call Paul again.
Paul is friendly and thorough. He planned and communicated what he could do and accomplish. The deck dry rot was repaired and stained. He also built a side gate to my yard. His work met all expectations.
Paul was both friendly and knowledgeable, helping us get our project done quickly and with a quality result. We valued his expertise in consultation and throughout his work and will definitely be calling him back for more projects.
Paul is just what we needed. His work is high quality and he is the nicest and most trustworthy person.
Paul is professional and is highly skilled. He was able to repair a pocket door next day for one of our clients. He also did some extra stuff for her to fill the 2 hour minimum which we thought was wonderful!!! Highly recommend!!
