Charles did a great job of putting up new screening on a porch and 2 doors. He cleaned up the area around the porch as he worked. Thank you!

BEWARE! Charles Parranto took my building materials and replaced them with scraps he picked off of the garbage pile. When confronted with his attempt to swindle me, he refused three times to fix the damage. So, I was forced to take him to court to win a judgement against him for those damages. If you still want to hire him, make sure you watch him like a hawk the entire time. Also, make sure you get every detail of the job in writing first. He may tell you that he is the cheapest in town, but he is not worth having to take to court should he attempt to swindle you too. The only solace I can take is that he lost the entire amount of what I paid him for the job- mostly in court costs (including mine). Please look elsewhere because his cheapness will end up costing you much more in the long run. Response to Parranto s nonsense: Notice that Parranto neither denies nor apologizes for swindling me. Instead, he blames a blind man (me) for not *seeing* him swindle me. The judge did not buy his hokey and unethical defense, and neither should you. In fact, it was our neighbors who alerted us to the sloppy and crooked way he put up the drywall and mudded with no tape whatsoever. They tore up his cards and refuse to use him for their projects. The *gap* in the insulation amounts to a 3 ft x 1 ft hole in my wall, and he thinks that is perfectly acceptable. If he swindles you too, he will refuse to fix it, and you will have to drag him to court to get some modicum of relief. For the record, Parranto made entry into my home under false pretenses of fixing the damage simply to harass me about filing the lawsuit against him. Remember these things should you actually want to still hire him.

Response from Company:

Wow, James, you tried to review me 10 times. Let's recap, you believe there is a "big gap" in the $200.00 insulation job I did on a Tuesday in your garage. That's not true and you had 2 days to look for it and point it out to me. Not a word was said when I came back on Thursday to sheetrock for $300.00, not a word was said when you happily gave me $500.00 cash and showed the work to your neighbors. Yes, you "won" in court when the Judge granted you $130.00 of the $2000.00 you sued me for. I'm sorry I do not understand where this is coming from.
