Very disappointed with the quality. Hired Mark to strip/refinish pictures windows, stain/varnish new trim and doors, and paint. Mark and two others stripped the windows. They were extremely messy - stripper on the floor, walls, heat vents, and outsides of windows. Stripping was incomplete - varnish left in places. Mark said that stripper on the floor was good, leaving less varnish for the floor guy to sand off. After asking multiple times that he fix or I'd have to find someone else, he did return and do a proper job. I did not trust Mark to do the remaining work - got little for my $2,800.
