He expanded the report to cover information that I did not need or want so he could charge an additional fee beyond the original quote. He personally was good. This was such a small job that he padded the report to 58 pages of details that I said I did not need.

Amin was great to work with. He has an easy-going personality and some serious expertise. Throughout the process he made sure I understood what he was doing and why. My confidence in his work was affirmed when he accompanied me to the San Jose Building Permit department. He was well-prepared and the plans he produced made it through the permit process in one short visit.
