I am ready to SUE THEM FOR DAMAGE TO MY HOUSE! We had a recessed patio that needed to be covered and screened-in enclosure. We were sold by the salesperson and signed papers and made a downpayment. From there everything went awry. First thing was that our pool deck tiles had to come up to pour concrete in order to reinforce the step that the screen door and screen beams were to sit on later. They started making such a mess that on our newly laid travertine pool deck tiles and didn't leave room for the tiles on the toe-side of the step. Since the installers could not understand my broken Spanish (and they spoke zero English) I could not communicate what I needed from them since there was no supervisor available. Eventually, it got fixed but some of the tiles are still stained as a result. Then came a new crew to install the gutters. The gutters were installed on most sides well but one side does not drain and is pitched the wrong way. We only found this out after our last payment once the leaks began after our first rain after installation. Because of how they adhered the gutter to the side of the house they were unable to remove it without damaging the side. Then they installed a beam over the step to the pool deck but they installers did not follow the ARCHITECTURAL PLANS and installed it 6' over the step. Again, no supervisor on duty so I had to oversee their mistake and stop their progress. Since a door was to be installed and we and we needed the beam to be a proper height. If it was not for me they would have installed the roof and the whole thing would have needed to be taken apart once it was done. In the end, we have had leaks for 2 years and they are non-responsive to texts and/or calls despite coming out a couple of times to fix the leak with glue and tape. Yes you read that correctly. I am ready to call an attorney.

PQS was an excellent company to work with. We had no issues save one-my initial lack of communication regarding sealing the travertine. I misunderstood that it was an option and not included. After waiting 2 months for the permit (not PQS' fault) Jesus made everything easy to understand and communicated what was happening and when. I will DEFINITELY use them again and so far 2 of my friends have hired them!

PQS Pools and Patio Renovations were Professional, Thorough and Knowledgeable in everything we wanted. They were by our side every step of the way and took our vision and made it into a reality. Not only did they do an outstanding job on our addition but they remodeled our pool as well. Both were completed during there given timeframe. Not a day late! This company is a ONE STOP SHOP! We highly recommend them and the beautiful work they do. You won t be sorry.

The entire staff (and on-site crew,) were courteous and respectful, and communicated very clearly throughout the entire process. I will be using PQS again for future projects.

Joe Carpenito is very professional and showed us the different types of material that he used for the pool closure. He was very informative. The screen is very strong and can hold up to a category five hurricane.. He has excellent material that is up to code. Everything is beautiful. He also gives a lifetime warranty. Joe Is very personable and professional and has beautiful screen enclosures. I would recommend him.

They are a professional company that does their due diligence and follows up thoroughly (rare for S. Florida contractors). Also did a great job with the installation, I get many positive comments about the workmanship, even the city inspector praised the work and the knowledge of the installers.
