Daniel & James did an excellent job with a carpet stretching job I needed for my family room carpet! They were both very professional & friendly. Appreciated that they both came in a mask during this covid pandemic. My carpet looks great! I would hire them again & would recommend that others needing carpet stretching give them a call!
Very nice and professional
PME was scheduled to clean my sectional couch on a Monday. That day, I received a call that one of their techs was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID. They took the extra precautions to get everyone tested and had to reschedule my service for Wednesday morning. I appreciated them reaching out to inform me of the situation. Wednesday rolls around and no one showed up. I called the office to understand the reason for the no-call/no-show. I spoke with Daniel who advised that they did not receive the results back yet but were expecting them that same morning and would call me back as soon as he found out. Five hours later, still no call. I called the office and no one answered. I left a voicemail requesting a callback. Two hours after that, still no call back so I called and left another voicemail. It is now Thursday and I have not heard from anyone about rescheduling my service. I have someone picking up the couch on Friday so this was a service I needed to be done. While I appreciate them taking the extra precautions, I am very dissatisfied with the lack of communication. I will be using a different cleaning service. Very poor customer service!
This company did a very good job. My carpet is very clean. I requested my living room, two stairwells and a small upstairs hallway. When I made the appointment, the woman said they’d do the hallway at no cost because hallways are usually too small to charge for a full room. Im not sure if that was relayed to the guys who came out because the hallway wasn’t cleaned. I didn’t realize it until the end of the day. Other than that being overlooked, I’m very satisfied. My living room and stairs look beautiful.
