Peter really was the key to getting my deck in shape. Many boards were rotted or splintered and I wanted to replace just those. He convinced me that the results would not be good if over half the boards were different. I replaced the entire deck. PJP's price was competetive. The workmen were highly qualified and dedicated and did a clean and efficient job. Especially nice job on a new set of stairs from the deck to a patio. Highly satisfied and easy to work with all around.

Got the rotten boards replaced on a small deck. Peter was very communicative, and flexible with ongoing bad weather, and some issues that came up with my building requiring us to pause the work. His team did a great job for an affordable price. Highly recommend.

The workers on site were very clean and polite also love that the owner showed up each day to make sure all was going well and I was satisfied with how the job was going and was available by phone whee ever I needed or if I had any concerns

So please take down the outside parts of the 2 floors of the building next door 1257 Rogers Ave. make it into 2 stories just like the old house next door, unattach it when you get up there with those crane trucks that makes you go up the highest with these electric jack hammer, the biggest chain saws, and the Caterpillar 350 High boost! Make sure you remove those storm shutters and gives us back the skylight windows in our bedrooms please! Thank you!
