Nice man, punctual. Pricing is at the extreme high end of the scale, but where I live there are not many alternatives of which I am aware. He politely declined to check my attic for rodent carcasses and remove them, even though I recall specifically requesting this during our initial conversation and being told that the service provided would be comprehensive. In the end, the provider decided that I "wouldn't notice" any carcasses in the attic and therefore the removal work didn't need to be performed. It remains to be seen whether the problem of live rodents will be controlled.

There was an elderly neighbor on a fixed income that had some pests. I got together with another neighbor and we collected money to help her out and called Perry to do the work. He came back a couple of times on her behalf to make sure her issue was mitigatged. I have been using him for years and I have always been happy with his work. He even came back after a hard rain that washed away the treatment he did in my yard and retreated at no charge to pay it forward for the Elderly Neighbor that we had helped. Very professional, courteous, and concise, he is great about explaining the process, very knowledgeable.

He stays with it until the job is done!
