"I'll echo many of the other reviews for this company. The three-person crew that arrived to do our duct cleaning was very conscientious, hardworking and pleasant. They answered my questions and worked quickly. It is always a trade-off when you hire a small/family-owned company, as they might not have things like flexibility in their schedule or a backup crew to send if they are running late - but they tend to provide a higher quality of work, attention to detail and customer service than larger corporations. This company was no exception. The quality of service and experience provided for the cost charged was by and far better than their local competitors.
