The owner was very kind on the phone and in person. He was thorough in his work and in his explanations. He gave a 5-year warranty were as the other estimate was one-year. We were impressed by the price and the work done.

Inspector was more of a salesman, because he stated that some rotting steps that are 100 years old and sitting on bricks and dirt had signs of termites, and I said the steps had been in that condition for many years. Then he said it would cost $960 to treat. I said no thanks.

Able to come within a couple days. Great job for a great price.
